Fortimize is a great place to work with a small but talented team of people who truly care about each other and our clients. For a fully remote company, we have a great and positive culture and respect for people's work/life balance. The company has gone through many changes in my time here, but has been constantly trying to improve.

There has been a lot of change over the years; though this seems normal for the industry and a company of our size.

This company walks the talk when it comes to its values — they don’t just have them on posters; they live and breathe them every day. The culture is rooted in being people-first, taking ownership, and giving back to our communities. It’s one of the few places I’ve worked where collaboration and growth isn’t just encouraged — it’s second nature. Everyone genuinely supports one another, and leadership sets the tone by being approachable, transparent, and mission-driven.

Because the company is full of passionate, driven people, it’s easy to find yourself wanting to say “yes” to everything. The culture encourages ownership and collaboration — which is amazing — but it also means learning to balance priorities and protect focus time.
