The strong and positive culture we have makes us stronger and more effective on the journey to the success. After 9 years at Fortinet Brasil I still have the same desire and determination, as the support we receive from our Latam leadership drives us to face increasingly greater challenges. In the sales group we have the opportunity and conditions to improve the work and promote the advancement of employees whenever the need arises. Regular training on topics additional to Fortinet's solutions strengthens us and completes our skills.

It is difficult to find anything relevant for improvement, there is always something, but we have acted and received positive feedback from our leadership.

Solid, stable, predictable. Most people are out of the office by 4 or 5 pm. Life is easy and expectations are low.

Little support for marketing. Fortinet has too many products and too many product lines - and every product owner is fighting for attention of sales. The company is firmly wedded to it's hardware roots. Fortinet has not invested in internal systems. Reporting is awkard and cumbersome, and adaption on enterprise AI is still a long ways off. There are no women in senior roles.
