      Management Team - best I've ever worked with. Makes you feel empowered to succeed, work hard, and take on additional responsibilities. If you speak up about your interests or ambitious career objectives, Fortis will reciprocate by quickly exposing you to new positions and skills. THIS IS RARE IN THIS INDUSTRY. HR Manager at Lewisville, not sure if I can name her, is AMAZING.

      Possibly the division between Fortis Lewisville as a whole and the Fort Worth oldies from L___ Label who aren't looking to improve or evolve the company, just looking for an easy paycheck every other week.

      Company has a lot of potential with many talented employees

      Poorly run company with frequent management changes and poor communication from upper management to lower level employees. The company motto is “Fortis One” and upper management definitely is focused on one thing and it’s not quality, it’s not customer service, and it’s definitely not employee morale. The one thing they do focus on is profit and growth. Employees feel like they are just a number, Pay is below industry standard for most positions and pay raises average 3% annually. Production employees frequently work 7 days a week. Customer satisfaction is low
