      Flexible work time, good vacation days

      Incompetent managers has remained at the company for a long time with limited personal growth and any leadership development. They perceive anyone more capable as a threat. Even though the calendar is full but they rarely do any meaningful work but just busy to impress higher management. The workplace is rife with office politics, marked by racism and constant gossip about colleagues. This toxic environment lacks motivation, draining employees mentally and emotionally, making it an exhausting place to work.

      Not really a con, it can be hard work and a lot of it too! Never experienced anything bad here. The pay could be a little bit better though

      Managers seldomly held accountable for their own bad performance as team leaders. Union employees seem reluctant to advance job skills beyond their original skillset that got them their job 20 years ago and stick to their job description. Not good team players to drive success.
