Vantaggi
I can't fault the people that worked there, enjoyed the working with all of them, a few in particular really looked after me and treated me well.
Svantaggi
There are a lot more cons than pros, first of all the hours are horrendous, I was so sociable before balancing a 50 hour managerial job with a social life once I did this job I was missing out on so much it's 6 days a week and when you first start this is seen as optional however it turns out not to be. I was going out on Saturday night and falling asleep.
The days are really long and you just go home and sleep and then you're working again.
Everyone else is made out to be stupid if you don't carry on working for them like it's gonna be the biggest mistake of your life if you leave.
I spent more at this job than I made it wasn't even covering minimal wage at one point.
Business trips have to be funded by your self which you don't realise, not only that you plan it your self and it ends up breaking even, although you are told repeatedly you'll make so much money on a business trip, I went on a few and lost money.
Staff turn around is ridiculous, hardly anyone stays longer than a week or two!
If you drive don't tell them as you are expected to drive to everywhere, on the business trips to London, Scotland everywhere! Day to day driving to Preston etc and you pay fuel and parking!
Just a few little things
