Vantaggi
I had an extremely positive experience working with Fortitude Systems. When I retired after 21 years in the military; re-entering the civilian workforce felt like a complicated task. After spotting my profile on a job board; Jake from Fortitude reached out to me about a good potential matching position that he had with his customer organization. When I expressed interest in the position; it was off to the races. From there, I spoke with both Jake and Matt. I found a few things very positive about the experience. First was that my points of contact were always Jake and/or Matt. I was not shuffled between numerous departments or other random personnel, so I always knew who to reach out to in the event of a question. Second, they were both extremely communicative. I received very regular updates about the status of my application, completed requirements, and pending requirements. I was never in a position where I was left wondering if I had been lost in some kind of shuffle. It was also evident that their communication was just as good with their customer organization. Finally, it’s worth noting that even after I was hired at the position; Jake and Matt still reach out periodically to ensure that things are going well and to see if I need anything. That level of personal interaction is huge and goes a long way with me. I didn’t feel like I was “just a resume” trying to get “matched to a slot”. I’m now approaching six months in the position since I was hired; and am still glad that I worked with Fortitude Systems in general, and Matt and Jake in particular, through this process.
