- Notice for layoffs measured in hours, not weeks. - Staff unofficially replaced while on vacation, returning angry, causing disruptions that hurt everyone. - Secret but obvious political infighting between managers leading to hopeless policy contradictions. Was never truly sure of who we worked for or held ultimate authority. - Projects announced pre-maturely, same projects lost week(s) latter after you turn down that new job offer, 50%+ layoffs minutes after that and a 2/3 empty office the next day to come back to. - Most people that leave seem to be leaving angry over one thing or another.
