In terms of business intelligence work, the company is immature. They are tied to Infor tools, which are sub-par. As of the beginning of 2019 they were moving away from developing/consulting in the "BI" space. In my opinion they should have never touted that they were in this space to begin with. What they were doing was developing financial reports for clients.

Pros • Strong learning culture with access to learning (Through Fortude Academy), training, certifications, and exposure to new technologies. • Opportunity to work with diverse teams and projects. • Encourages ownership, continuous improvement, and professional development. • Friendly colleagues who guide you at all times. • Team events, celebrations, and social activities help create a positive work atmosphere. • Calm and peaceful environment.

• There is a lot to learn in a short period, which can feel overwhelming at first. • Some tasks may require significant self-learning before getting fully comfortable. • There can occasionally be periods with limited project work, reducing hands-on exposure and learning opportunities. • At times, workload distribution may result in periods of reduced activity and fewer assigned tasks.
