During training you’re expected to sit through a bunch of power point slides. They give you about two days to train. Supervisors are barely there when you need help they don’t give clear instructions on certain questions. This job will really leave you to the wolves. The pay isn’t worth all that you have to go through for this job. A bit of micromanagement as well .

Management can be non existent when seeking help or clarification on specific topics. They refer you to check the DHCS website with no insight as to where to even find the needle in the haystack of what is called the Medi-cal dept. I've worked in the Denti-cal dept and management actually engages with agents and are informative and respond with real solutions to questions asked. When asking, "why did this happen" they answer and always have time to go over things. No paid holidays as of this writing. (They said later this year we should be getting paid holidays) You can be switched from one dept to another without notice. Hours aren't secured
