The team as a whole is very positive and dedicated to meeting the goals of the company. There's travel involved - all to luxury resorts and hotels across the US. The new offices are bright, airy and really casual - so it's a nice environment to work in.

While I was there, there was no infrastructure for benefits besides a 401K - but I know they are working on a health plan. It's mainly a phone-based sales position.
Local company, large workforce, good incentives, friendly team, accessible management, good commission, good product to sell, long term employees so knowledge is easy to come by.

Main product is easily copied and not watertight - therefore a lot of competition and as there overheads are not as high, can offer the same product but cheaper - but not as good.
