Toxic culture - if your face doesn't fit or you don't suck up to the right person life is made very difficult for you. Appraisals - everybody is out to trip you up - they have a system where your peers give 360 feedback which in fact is just an opportunity for them to criticise you while 'bigging' themselves up. No office banter - a very glum and serious atmosphere Poor working standards - management seem more concerned about their own office political agenda's than actual client work - often work is very last minute and rushed
