One of the worst place to work!!!! The firm has an international outlook, however the internal environment is not the same. The workplace is filled with politics, even the team's manager. There is extreme workload in every team and the working hours are usually extended from 10 to 12 hours a day. The teams are biased and every new member that comes to the team is expected to perform on another level to make a position for yourself within the teams. Even though, the teams indulges itself in various in team building activities, however that is just for a name sake. So you wanna work for 12 hours without a pinch of appreciation, then you can definitely go for it.
