Very poor and unorganised process of HR - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Manager presso Forvis Mazars Group

Went for an interview here. They initially said that it was just a chat but actually was a full-on interview. They tried to make the interview difficult by asking technical questions. HR and management is very disorganised. They think they are the big 4 however this is a lower league firm. Only the desperate end up here as this place is not very professional. I was interviewed but they never got back to me for a job. I was instead offered a position in Deloitte (higher rank) which I took.
