Bad working environment, bad management - Recensione dipendente - PAYROLL Associate presso Forvis Mazars Group

Worked there for 1 year plus, manager always micromanages employees, if you work well they will give you more task even asking us to support other team members' task even senior manager's task, i have supported before due to she's busy handling other things. Not good in allocate portfolios to employees and end up some employee got more task than others. Cant apply for OT, if we insisted to apply, it will resulted in bad time management in our appraisal but the true case was they allocated a lot of things at one time until we are overwhelmed with task to complete within same dateline. Manager not trust the staffs and always talk bad behind staffs' back. Once you got to manager's bad side, they will spread hate and rumors to other team members even to the management. If you want to apply here, think twice. In a year, there are 3 employees teminated after probation period, 4 employees resigned, all within a year plus. If this is the case, I dont think it is employees' issue any longer but due to the poor management within the company itself.
