Staff have to assimilate into pre-existing managers groups to live. Old school grooming, need to ot to show impression that you are hard-working. Micromanagement is absurd. WFH is a privilege that depends entirely on your manager’s mood not on trust or performance. Bonus is absolutely disgraceful. Way below industry standards (13th month only no AWS and split into 2 tranche, after all take home can’t even pay bills) This place does not value people, they only wants cheap labour that won’t complain or question. No respect, no support, no fairness. Management team will team up and attacks you when they deem you as the weakest link. Managers HAVE overpowered the partners, making the managers to be like communist
