The hours are very flexible, and the management and employees are very polite, and smart

The smell of a lot of the medicines can get kind of repetitive, and clog up your nose

The team here is great and has a family like feel to it. The company is small so you can easily have conversations with the founders, and everyone seems to genuinely care about one another. They are flexible with your working hours and various requests which is great. There's a heavier workload but they are mindful of not overburdening you. The management team is great, there is not the typical superiority complex with most of them that you sometimes find in offices. They take an "open door policy" seriously and you feel like you can voice opinions or ideas at any time without being shunned. There's a lot of encouragement from peers and managers alike. Company outlook is great and there seems to be a lot of room for growth!

There isn't PTO or sick/vacation days for your first year or so, which can be frustrating since you also start off as an hourly employee. Some people take advantage of the niceties around the office and can cause others to have to pick up their slack when they shouldn't.
