First of all this is not the hplace who wants to grow their career. Management will cheat you like anything. They will say nice words if they want any work from employees, but after that they will treat them like a slaves. Their first expectation is no one should ask about salary and hike. Even if they give it will be in paper not in your hand. If u put paper and u got good offer, they will not relieve u untill u lost the offer. They will speak about the rules but never followed by them. They will Always thinking about management side. If they got profit they wont give anything, but if they lost they won't give Salary also to the employees. Like this so many are there, so if anyone is going for interview to fossilshale, just take it as a practice to attend interview for outside and never go for work there.
