Donnie (CEO) has a great vision for leadership and culture- very inspirational Kevin Harper and Russ Colaco are also good leaders that embody the culture and values.

Members on leadership team under Donny (CEO), behaviors do not align with Donnie's vision, especially within HR - he just wants doers that will execute his wishes without questions or challenges. Only wants to hear "yes" and those that push back or offer differing opinions are frowned upon and in some cases exited. They have been exiting existing team members and hiring a lot of talent from Tyson Program creation is a copy/paste of Tyson programs (little room for creativity and innovation) They push Christian beliefs in the workplace - starting meeting with prayers, bibles on desks, Christian-based leadership trainings. This has created uncomfortable situation for many team members
