Good place to work and lovely team

No cons it was a lovely place

Improvement suggestions are always welcome and encouraged. I've never gotten a no or been told to do the research in my spare time. The company has some very talented developers that are eager to share their knowledge but also open to learn new things. The culture within the engineering team is one of the best I've ever seen. Always open for jokes, very friendly, and very quick in helping out when you are stuck or have a question. Personal and professional growth is considered important here and you are being given multiple options to increase your skills and knowledge within work time.

Processes and tools need still quite some improvement. There has already been a lot of progress and everyone welcomes the changes so far and further advances are already on its way.
