My last boss was a pathetic butt-kisser who failed meeting his goals every year but still was rewarded for his continued failures. CEO And COO not trustworthy and only appear to care about their own total compensation. If you are not a Green Bay employee your upward mobility is extremely limited or non-existent. Green Bay culture is in-bred old-boy social club. Continual turnover of critical employees with client contacts and ability to bring in work. Former CEO’s son is now CEO and he has no people skills or long-term vision for company. A prime example of company’s Green Bay in-bred social club orientation. Company constantly changes focus based on latest whim of CEO and COO.
