They say they're growing - as if we don't know that it is a Revolving Door company. They say they don't micromanage then they send people to micromanage you. When a company is growing, they train their employees and not leave it up to others to do the training for them. Especially if you already get a whiff of nepotism and tantrum-riddled organization. When they're growing, they follow through on promises or statements they tell you that they will do. When a company is growing, management would not engage in a toxic/hostile work environment to display some weird power dynamic. To boot, you will also get exposed to a plethora of germs in a hot building full of snot-nosed adult children.
