If you're looking for a paycheck and don't want to try hard, this is the place for you.

Management doesn't listen to their employees and they expect for you to work a ton of hours for a minimal amount of pay. Don't expect to advance any time soon.

Not any genuine silver lining that comes to mind. It's a small bank, so you get to know all your coworkers, but everyone that's not ownership is also looking for another job. So I guess you get to meet new people on a regular basis?

The bank has averaged 20%+ employee turnover for many years, and only the CEO and his daughter have been there since the beginning. Not hard to do the math on that one. Also, the banks that the CEO started before that is a point of pride on the website, yeah, he was forced out of those.
