Once hired, staff are expected to do the work of 8 people without going over 40 hours. HR and Upper Management expect staff to work themselves to death for low pay and little chance of promotion or living at a normal lifestyle level, and then will terminate you without cause, leaving staff in bad positions because they dedicated themselves to a low paying company that could care less about it's staff.
