The company does not care about you. They don't let you know your shifts in advance and if you prefer calls over chat or email, well that is none of their business. Moreover, English improvement opportunities are not as common as they announce it (neither other improvement opportunities). Unfair bonuses policy (I got sick for 10 days almost died then returned to the job, performed well and they restricted my bonus in a very obscure way). Unfair VR policy (36h employees receive less than 44h employees). 2k BRL

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
