I applied for chat but had to do the phone. Then you get in trouble if you transfer too many calls. I was only at the job for less than a month and had to train and remember everything in less than a week.

Work at home is the only pro

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
