The work atmosphere is very relaxed at Sitel. Dress code is business casual with Fridays being just casual. Pay is somewhat below the norm for other call centers in the community, and advancement is usually limited to one step above the agent level. Sitel has gone through three group health insurance providers in an many years, and the price for coverage keeps getting higher
