Don't let these reviews discourage, it's really not a bad place to work. Every job has its good and bad sides. I have never worked at a place where people get promoted in a timely manner like they do here. If you aren't a complete idiot, you do your job correctly, you come to work when you are supposed, you will be fine.

Yes the pay could be increased but it is more than many other places in the Norman area. There are a lot of smelly people here too.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
