Svantaggi

Difficulty in getting vacation days approved on time, as well as difficulty in getting over-time requests through to HR. The HR department is rather opaque.

Work at home is the only pro

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
