Supervisors/Management not honest with employees, no real feedback, have to share work areas which are NEVER cleaned, have to share headsets which are filthy, employee lunches get stolen, bathroom breaks are a no-no. Located in rural north Florida with very few opportunities and a big redneck attitude.

Work at home is the only pro

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
