Coworkers were great to get along with. I learned a lot with them, No lie. I enjoyed my hours I was given.

1. They have no heart for their seasonal workers.... My brother (IN-LAW) suffered a serious stroke, I had to take time off for the family. I got a Dr. note and they could have cared less and let me go. Their managements only excuse was that my BROTHER (IN-LAW)'s last name was not the same as mine, and released me from my duties. 2. Breaks Promises every chance they get... They love to make up reasons why no one seasonal gets bonuses after promising the seasonal workers bonuses.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
