They pay on time, they offer full time employment and benefits if you can call them that.

Miserable coworkers and even more miserable are the supervisors. Also place could benefit by implementing mandatory shower and dental program never in my life have I worked with so many people that smelled so bad, or seen so much dental disease. The entire staff smokes heavily which doesn't help any. Also salary is a pittance for what you have to put up with on the phone with customers.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
