It was a very fast paced environment, with plenty of calls coming in to keep you busy

It was very hard to do your job professionally when everyone is not treated as equal. The management plays favorites while the others bust their butts to do a great job without recognition. Everyone is not trained properly and it goes on deaf ears when trying to pass that info along. The parking is terrible and you need walking shoes just to travel from the parking lot.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
