Our site director is really good about going to the client and fighting to make sure we get fair treatment and fair opportunites for bonus and compensation.

In a management position, you don't get a lot of recognition, but spend a lot of time making sure the people below you are recognized. Senior management also has a tendency to play favorites. You see one person getting constant personal attention and you have to fight for it. I guess that's something you see everywhere, but it still isn't fair.
