Clean environment, easy to get a job there, one hour lunch break, meet a lot of new people because so may people work there.

Svantaggi

No good insurance benefits and you have to work 6 months to even get them, unprofessional, always losing clients, always have layoffs, no weekends hardly off. When I worked there management lost their mobile account because they were lying call grading so the company would look good and they all got fired.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
