Terrible company that's ran like an illegal sweat shop. They pay peanuts and yet they have all these ridiculous expectations. The reason the pay is such a joke is because it's a revolving door. Young people come there and work until they get tired, they leave and then they'll bring in a new heard. Sitel should be ashamed of themselves with that ridiculous pay $9.00 in the 21st century for taking 80 to 100 calls a day.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
