Everything from extremely disorganized management and coaches to pay and benefits and ridiculously high volume call center ( keep in mind you are dealing with people that have just involved in some unfortunate and frustrated auto accidents...SO think about how NICE the members can be). ..you will also be taking reports on homeowners stuff...like wind and hail property damage. There's no culture and nothing ( and you are not actually doing any adjuster jobs like they told you...you are just taking a first notice of loss over the phone and assigned it to some adjuster)...all you do is logging to some computers the sec you clocked in and take calls after calls for 8 to 12 hours until your 2 fifteen minutes break and 30 minutes lunch break. Each call can take anywhere between 15minutes to 2 hours or more unless if is a transferred call, which does not happen often. Don't get me started on the licensing tests...so not worth it $16-17 an hour and remember that you will not be doing any adjuster work...so I'm not sure why all those adjusters tests are required.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
