This is not a very good company to work for, I worked on the Toys"r"us campaign and its terrible how we were forced to treat customers, have to submit a ticket for an escalation for callback that can take 10-15 days, no thorough way to replace items that were ordered and received damaged or not received at all, had to file multiple claims with deliveries that were just dumped off and broken. When management offered incentives to work overtime, they were never fulfulled and adjustments had to made through paypal. I had to fight for 3 days of overtime from an incentive they put out in July, come November they still never adjusted it and management had no idea what I was talking about even after showing emails of the incentives that were sent. This company is lacking decent management .

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
