They hired a bunch of us and are now needing to lay ppl off other agents that have been with the company for a while say it is common for Foundever to have gaps in their campaigns so you end up without pay !

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. I agree that the trainers and leads are great at supporting the agents. There are many different factors that go into making such a difficult decision that impacts our employees and their families. Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
