      The company makes a lot of fun activities, which are very important to keep the team together and get to know other people too.

      It depends a lot on the campaign where do you work. There are better and worse campaigns but it doesn´t affect that much the company itself. Although the salary could be higher.

      Work at home is the only pro

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
