Vantaggi
Very comprehensive and PAID training. Staff is friendly and seemed interested in my success. I have read a lot of negative reviews of those who got higher in the company but working at the lowest level, just as a phone operator, I felt very cared for. That paid training is a pretty sweet deal. Even if you decide that Sitel isn't for you, you might as well take 2 weeks out of your life and earn $1500 for watching someone read you powerpoints. They were pretty lax on rules too. I accidentally spend 20 minutes in Aux 7 (the aux to go into to stop calls from coming in) and I didn't get in trouble. The trainers seemed genuinely interested in making sure that you as a person were okay with the job. Now keep in mind I am talking about the work at home experience, I cannot speak to the brick and morter operations that Sitel runs. All I can say is I got paid well to sit at home and answer phones.
Svantaggi
It's answering phones, no frills about that. People will scream at you over the most banal things and you have to find a way to pretend to care.
