Management is very down to earth and approachable, good teamwork, nice environment and location, standard extra package (food/gift vouchers, extra health insurance, discounts), continuing trainings, occasional creative tasks (social media)

Svantaggi

Little flexibility for less common languages, repetitive and boring call centre work, communication with the client can be chaotic and that reflects on customer feedback, staffing is not always optimal (not enough management), the extras could be better, e.g. transport allowance. I am truly sorry for all colleagues driving to work, parking nearby the office can be very pricey.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
