They provide their Insurance employees with the opportunity to obtain Property & Casualty Limited Liability licensing for over 40 states. They cover the cost for the employee to take the test up to two times. There are several different campaigns and areas that allow for a change of subject. There are opportunities to advance, and learn valuable customer service technics.

It is extremely difficult to reach a management level as the call center is extremely cliquish. There are a lot of employees that date the managers and supervisors. These are the employees that get the promotions first. There is a huge smoking area in front of the doors to the outside break area. There is a "professional dress policy" that is only enforced with thinner women. I was told this is because thinner women project more sexuality that those who are not.

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
