9yThanks for your comments. Whilst I agree that we have suffered some attrition this is now stabilising and leveling out. Not everyone wants to accept change but the changes were necessary in order to grow and improve our position in the market. We are introducing many new communication initiatives which will provide staff with an opportunity to get answers to their questions. This was not done consistently in the past and we acknowledge this.
