You're right to highlight our talented and passionate team - they really do put their all into delivering great products and support to our customers. We're very lucky to have them! I'm also very pleased to read your thoughts on our People focus. Over the last few years, we've been focused on making Foundry an even better place to work and in this time, we've significantly grown our People team to make sure we're able to provide the best support and development across each touch point of people's time with us. We have also increased the regularity with which we ask for feedback through various employee surveys, helping us to understand if the actions we're putting in place are having a positive impact or if we need to direct our attention to other areas to help us continue improving things for everyone. Thank you also for your comment on communication between teams. With multiple teams working together to deliver to our customers, creating the best environment to facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration is an ongoing focus for us, particularly as we transition to more of a hybrid working model.
