It was like being at school with the strict rules of the office. Very rigid structure and delayed career progression. Middle management often very over-bearing. Call themselves integrated but miss many opportunities for better client work because of corporate nonsense. Definitely not the place for everyone, creativity and new ideas aren't welcomed often.
