9yThank you very much for your feedback. Increasing the availability and access of personal development has been a key priority over the last 2 years and we've come a long way with even bigger plans for the next year!
Communication can always be improved and we will continue to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of our communities of practices, shared working groups, decision teams, huddles and company meetings in doing just this.
We are moving towards a more fluid and feedback based approach to performance reviews which will definitely increase the quality and opportunities available to talk about how you are doing with us.
