Thank you for recognising the quality of our work atmosphere and our commitment to career development. We know things can get strenuous at times, which is why we've recently reviewed how work gets allocated to individuals. Our standard UK holiday entitlement will also be increasing to 25 days in 2017 with an option to buy an extra 3 days ensuring all our employees have ample time to recharge outside of work. Personally I try and take a little break every 3 months and recommend people do the same. In addition, we are reviewing our benefits and entitlement globally. I totally agree that communication can always be improved and we have a few things up our sleeve for the coming year which we think will help us all stay aligned at key times.
