7yIt is true that our software is built with a specific type customer in mind. This is something we are quite proud of rather than hide behind as it is one of the key reasons we have been as successful in the hospitality industry.
However, whilst we are hospitality only from a software sell point of view, our approach to building software is practice led. The implementation of agile has helped us refine our processes and whilst we use classic software, our approach is anything but traditional.
I agree on the importance of management and a fair process for career development. It's something we talk about on a weekly basis and certainly will continue to do.
On the specifics of tact and staff communication, that is concerning. Please get in touch so we can talk more about it.
