Having worked in a previous recruitment agency where you are viewed as a 'number on a spreadsheet' and provided with little to no training and support, my time so far at FourthLine has far exceeded my initial expectations. Working for a boutique agency, with the MD on the recruitment floor providing training and development to everyone, I know I've made the right choice in joining FourthLine and I see my long term career here. Like with any recruitment position, the role can come with long hours. Not because management make you stay late, as we offer flexible working hours and extended lunch for our employees, but because everyone wants to work hard, efficiently and make the most commission we can!

Been with the company for just almost half a year now. Very supportive environment, from both consultants and senior managers. Given the autonomy to control your business how you please, but with plenty of support and guidance from managers. Every single consultant in the office is willing to help, and open to giving advice to trainees. A really solid learning platform is provided, with consistent input from recruitment experts. All in all, a very supportive culture and environment, and given you bring hard work and effort to the table, the senior managers will really do all they can to help you achieve your career and financial goals. A real family feel, with lots of personal coaching and mentoring from the Managing Director too.

Recruitment has a few cons, long hours etc. But Fourthline pride themselves in providing employees the support, and creating an atmosphere to bring about success. I interviewed at several firms, some with glamorous offices, but thoroughly happy with the decision to join Fourthline.
