No matter how hard you work, no one in the leadership will care, know, or reward that unless you are their blue-eyed 'boy' The company is badly run, so it's best to avoid joining it. They had a major RIF. Last RIF was so badly done that many existing employees are now trying to leave. FR now has a bad reputation and employees mistrust the leaders.
